If you're local to us, you're very welcome to collect your order directly. It's a great way to see where your plants come from, and it gives us the chance to say hello.

Where our plants are required further afield we use our trusted network of specialist carriers who operate relay-type distribution networks to reduce unnecessarily long journeys.

Location and timing

Find us near the village of Wye, close to Ashford in Kent. Once you've placed your order, we'll be in touch to confirm your collection point and arrange a convenient time slot.

To keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask that you:

1. Arrive at your allocated time.
2. Let us know if you're running late.
3. Avoid arriving early, as we may not be ready.
4. Remember that our last collection time is 4pm.

If you do need to arrange a later collection time or you are delayed and won’t make it for 4pm, please contact us and we will see what is possible.

If your schedule changes, you can rearrange your collection up to two working days in advance. You are also welcome to send someone else to collect your items.

They will just need to bring a copy of the order confirmation.

Loading assistance

To help us check your order and speed things up, please bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation. We'll be happy to help you load your plants.

For larger collections, forklift assistance is available.

Packaging

Most orders will be placed on Danish trolleys or on pallets, ready to be loose loaded into your vehicle. If you would like your order to be packed in pallet boxes or crates, you can request this when placing your order.

Click & Collect

If you’re in a hurry, our Click & Collect service is ideal. For orders of fewer than 50 items and 10 litre or under, if placed before midday, we offer collection on the next working day. Please note there is a minimum spend of £50 for all collections.
