Rhus typhina 'Dissecta' (cut-leaved stag's horn sumach) is a member of the Anacardiaceae family. This tree exhibits a suckering, spreading branched growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – very cold winter (-20 to -15ºc), and is hardy throughout the uk and northern europe. many plants grown in containers will be damaged unless given protection. .
