Wisteria floribunda 'Issai-naga' (Japanese wisteria 'Issai-naga') is a member of the Fabaceae family. This climber exhibits a climbing growth habit and is characterized by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – very cold winter (-20 to -15ºc) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe. Many plants grown in containers will be damaged unless given protection. It features a flower fragrance.

When fully mature, Wisteria floribunda 'Issai-naga' can reach an ultimate height of 8–12 metres and a spread of Wider than 8 metres.
