increasing the capacity of our specimen centre and are now able to offer a
larger and more diverse range of specimens than ever before, enabling you to
find the specimen that's just right for your project.
Visits to our nursery require pre-arranged appointments, enabling us to give
you our full attention and the very best service possible. Why not arrange an

To help get the best out of your visit it is ideal if
you provide as much detail as possible regarding your requirements. So stating
specification of heights, container sizes, specific varieties, forms etc are a
requirement before visiting. It is advisable to check our website to make sure
we actually have in stock what you would like to see. Please list your company
name and clarify if you are an account holder at Palmstead. We are wholesale
only so will not accept visit requests from non-trade customers. Finally, as
our nursery is very large and your requested items could be anywhere on site,
we please ask that your list of plants to view is not too long. On average, we
allow one hour for visits so please bear that in mind when requesting a
visit.

This is a virtual experience which enables you to personally navigate around sections of our 53 hectare site from the comfort of your own home. We recommend that you view in full screen to get the maximum experience. Select the different points on the map to take you to that area of interest, allowing yourself to see them up close and personal.
Need your plants in a hurry?
Our hugely popular Click & Collect Service
means if you place your order online* before 12.00 pm we will have your plants
ready for collection from 9.00 am the next working day. To make things even
better, all orders place on our website receive 10% off our normal catalogue
rates.
* To qualify for Click & Collect your order must be 50 items or less and
must not contain items in pot sizes larger than 10 litres. Sundries (which
includes compost) cannot be ordered as part of Click & Collect and must be
ordered using the normal collection option. There is a minimum order value of
£50 for all collections.
With the introduction of our Click & Collect there will no longer be
payment facilities located at the nursery. All orders placed must be paid for
prior to collection unless placed on an account with 30-day terms when
ordering.
