We’d like to tell you about some exciting changes at our Palmstead Plants.  Our aim is to bring you an even greater range of quality plants with a superior level of customer service.  The main benefits of the new service include: -

• An enhanced range on display of 5 and 10 litre stock

• An even more diverse range of specimens from some of the best suppliers in the UK and across Europe

• Greater quantities of our bestselling and seasonal looking good lines in 2 and 3 litres

• A new Click & Collect service via our website offering 5% discount; plus order before midday and collect after 9am the next working day

The Click & Collect service we will be offering from October will enhance collection methods at Palmstead Plants.  It is designed to create a more streamlined service, enabling you to place orders online for 50 items or less, and for orders placed before midday you will be able to collect after 9am the next working day.  This means you can pre-order your items, have them freshly picked from the nursery and then browse our extended selection of fantastic specimens on show when you come to collect. The Click and Collect service is only available for 10 litres or smaller and for 50 items or less. 

Although we will continue to stock a large range of seasonal favourites and best sellers, the increased range of specimens means we will be reducing the overall range of 2 and 3 litres in stock.  However, there is no need to worry as our full range of plants on the nursery will be available through the new Click & Collect service. Alternatively, if you are looking for a larger number of plants then why not make an appointment to tour the main nursery and select and tag the plants you need?
